This lovely UN•Oaked Cabernet is perfect for all gatherings. Its refreshingly fruity and light-bodied, with a beautifully ruby red color. It has vibrant fruit aromas of raspberries and fresh plums. With a touch of sweet, this wine is bursting with added notes of cranberries, blackberries and black cherries. Yet, it is fresh and light.

The 2021 vintage provided an UN•Oaked Cabernet with remarkable quality. Deep frost conditions in late 2020 coupled with continued drought conditions affected overall yields. However, this lighter than usual harvest provided concentrated flavor and retention of bright acidity. Harvested in early September, and fermented only in stainless steel tanks, we have crafted a crisp, delicious wine that is very approachable.
